| MONGRAMMING Monogramming is included FREE on items. Not all items can be monogrammed. If this item can be monogrammed it will be included in the description. |
| FONT CHOICES Check our Monogram Options Page or e-mail us! Some products can only be monogrammed with certain fonts, and some products may not be able to be monogrammed. If a monogram is not specified, or has been discontinued, we will substitute the most popular font. |

SHIPPING Shipping times often depend upon demand. We ship unmonogrammed items within three business days. Monogrammed items will take longer, normally 7 to 10 business days but during peak times, this can take as long as 20 business days. Please order early for Christmas and other special occasions. All items are shipped USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. If you need a tracking number let us know and we can provide this for you. |
